Q. NIC offers many different types of mercury analyzers, so how do I know which one is best for my application(s)?
A. We provide a few different options for determining which of our mercury analyzers would best suit your specific needs. You can use the "Product Recommendations" resource on our website, you can contact your local sales representative, or you can contact our main office directly.
Q. Does NIC offer onsite customer support, or do we have to send the instrument back to the factory if repairs are needed?
A. We do provide onsite customer support for all of our customers. Onsite support is free of charge during the warranty period. In today's world, it seems like customer support is being abandoned by most companies, but we take great pride in "going the extra mile" to ensure that all of our customers receive exceptional support.
Q. What type of warranty is provided by NIC?
A. Our standard factory warranty for new analyzers in North America covers all parts and labor for a period of Two Years from the date of Installation. For more details, you can view our "Standard Warranty Policy" in the Customer Support section of the website.
Q. Where are the NIC mercury analyzers manufactured?
A. All NIC mercury analyzers are manufactured in Osaka, Japan.
Q. Since the analyzers are manufactured in Japan, how do I get spare parts and consumables?
A. The Nippon Instruments North America office in College Station, TX, USA stocks spare parts and consumables for all the mercury analyzers sold in North America, and all direct contact and after-sales support for analyzers sold in North America is handled by this office, as well.
